This hotel is in a great location, close to many major sites and good restaurants. The rooms are small but comfortable and clean. The staff is extremely helpful and makes you feel comfortable. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of options including cereals, breads, cheeses, and fresh fruits.

The air conditioning is not controllable in the rooms, which can make it quite warm.

This hotel boasts an unbeatable location, with easy walking distance to all the main sights of the city, along with stunning views of the river. The rooms are bright, clean, and decorated with beautiful marble bathrooms. The breakfast is plentiful and the friendly staff can provide great dining and sightseeing recommendations. The hotel offers a lovely roof garden and a bar area with a sommelier to round off your day.

The temperature controls and light switches in the rooms can be difficult to navigate.

Magificent hotel, fabulous spot on the Arno River, overlooking the Duomo. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Room had stunning views of the Duomo and Ponte Vecchio, with access to a private roof terrace. Complimentary bottle of bubbles and strawberries for special birthday celebration. Fresh and plentiful breakfast. Exceptional service from Elena.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The location is absolutely perfect, with all the major sights within walking distance. And the view from our room, facing the river, was simply breathtaking. The staff here is incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Elena. She went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable, recommending the best restaurants and always greeting us with a smile. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a huge bathroom and all the amenities we could ask for. We also enjoyed the delicious buffet breakfast every morning. We can't wait to come back here!

We loved staying at this hotel! The location is perfect as everything is within walking distance, including a bottle bank just across the square. The view of the river is stunning and we enjoyed watching it from here. The room amenities were great, and we appreciated having ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The staff is very accommodating and helped us book a fantastic dinner reservation at a nearby restaurant. Lastly, breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from.

Great stay in the heart of the city! The hotel had a prime location, just a short walk from major attractions. The staff was exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond, even fixing a laptop for one of my colleagues. Additionally, the rooms were spacious and some even had sunrooms, providing a unique touch to our stay.

The mattresses were quite firm which may not be suitable for those who prefer a softer bed. Another downside was the bathroom layout, which seemed a bit awkward although it was quite large.
